Data Deletion Request

The VoxMap app now works without any account. The fastest way to delete your data is in the app: Settings → "Delete my data (GDPR)" — immediate and permanent. The form below is for out-of-app requests: legacy accounts (created before August 2026) or when the app is already uninstalled. We will process your request within one month at most, in accordance with Article 12.3 of the GDPR.

For security reasons, we will contact you at the email address you provide to confirm your identity before any deletion. No data will be deleted without this confirmation.

We cross-check this information with the city of residence registered on your account to make sure the request comes from the account holder. Without a match, no deletion will be performed.
